Cells, What Are They?.. The individual unit that makes up the tissues of the body. All living things are made up of one or more cells.
Cells contain many intricate structures inside of its membrane. Many of these structures serve specific purposes. This interconnected network of structures inside of a cell can be compared to the system of gears inside of a simple machine. Just as the gears have to
cooperate among themselves to ensure the machine's proper
function, the internal organelles of a cell have to interact to ensure
the cell's ultimate survival.
There are several main functions that the cell has to carry out, and among many are molecule transport, reproduction, and energy conversion.
But, aside from the Scientific stuff about a cell..Consider this..
A Cell is a miraculous reality-Life Itself..It may be a life form, such as a bacterium. A human being, on the other hand, has trillions of cells, including two hundred specialized cells, with specific functions throughout the body, such as in the brain, the blood, the liver, the muscles, etc.
Cells have great powers to take care of themselves, and repair themselves-to stay healthy, unless they are overwhelmed.
And How You Ask Are They Overwhelmed?

However, Your Daily Choices Determine Whether Your Cells Stay Healthy Or Get Sick
A Cells Enemy..Free Radicals
You've heard this term I'm sure, but what is it?
A highly reactive chemical that often contains oxygen and is produced when molecules are split to give products that have unpaired electrons (a process called oxidation). These damage important cellular molecules such as DNA or lipids or other parts of the cell.
