           Introduction

Healthy Decisions.  We all make a choice, but are the choices Healthy?    We all in reality fall into one of three categories regarding the health choices we make.

  • The first. We don't give it much thought, but it in reality this is a choice.  We are taught very little regarding health, nutrition, and the consequences of this choice.  We simply follow that which we have been taught, and exposed to, while growing up. We'll follow this path until such time we become exposed to a health challenge, then we at the very minimum obtain medical advice in dealing with the challenge.  This normally involves our consulting a physican for advice, and it normally involves his prescribing a drug to hide the symptoms of the problem. Depending upon the success of the drug, this dictates our continued health choices.  Should it work, we continue as we always have, until such time we are faced with another, or the reappearence of the original challenge.  Now, we normally come to a cross-road were we either give our health more consideration, or continue along the exact same path.
    Give Your Health More Consideration

  • The second.  We are exposed and taught while growing up to do certain things, and to avoid others. Those which were encouraged to adher to, with good intentions, normally fall extremely short of the desired goal, simply because they are inherintly flawed to begin with.  In short, it's what the media, school systems, and marketing efforts by big corporations promote. Those things which were told to avoid, those being tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and even excess weight have validity.  The degree to which we choice to adher to this is dictated by us, and what  we desire, and believe. One thing is clear however, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and excess weight have serious consequences to ones health. Again, we make choices. We however, again will ultimately be confronted with some type of health challenge, and we  will come to a cross-road as was discussed above.  The challenge normally will come a little later in life, and may not be as serious, at least on the surface, because of the decisions which we earlier in life made. But, we will either give our health more consideration, or continue along the same path..a prescription drug.

The Flaws In Those Things Your Told To Adher To

  • The third.  We do give our health some consideration. We eat we believe a balanced, nutritious and healthy diet.  We avoid for the most part  drugs, alcohol, and tobacco.  We however, are struggling with excess weight to some degree.  But, that's alright, it's unavoidable, it comes with age.  However, ultimately again, when a health challenge surfaces, we come to a cross-road.  We will give our health more consideration, or continue along the same path. We will probably be somewhat more receptive and inquisitive about our condition, and press our physician for answers, and recommendations, rather than wholly depend upon the drugs which he prescribes. We must understand, even though we did give our health some consideration, we still are confronted with a challenge. And why?  Again, the decisions, and those things taught, which we adhered to, even the treatment our physician prescribed were flawed.  Why Were They Flawed?

In summarizing, Healthy Choices Require Decisions...

Health Is Your Responmsibility. The next major advance in health will be determined  by what people are willing to  do for themselves. However, willingness is only part of the equation..The other is knowing what to do.  My site is designed to assist you in this endeavor.

AGAIN,  MY HEALTH IS MY RESPONSIBILITY.  I've for twenty years believed this, however I certainly didn't practice what I believed.  I'm not any different than most of you, and it took a health challenge personally, for me to re-subscribe to this premise.  By doing so however, I was able to avoid two different pharmaceutical drugs my doctor wanted to prescribe for these two conditions.  READ ON AND I'LL SHARE SOME COMMONSENSE ADVICE.  It certainly doesn't take a rocket scientist to come to grips with some basic fundamental truths about our bodies and our health, but it does take personal responsibility, and some time to research.

Please browse our web site, I've done some research for you.
