Bob, my husband, was diagnosed with arthritis in his neck and shoulders many years ago. Since then the disease has progressed to the point that he had to retire from the volunteer fire department in 1994 and had seriously affected his j.o.b. I'm 80 years old. I've abused my body from a cellular standpoint for as long as I care to remember, butI've been fortunate in having avoided any major health challenges. Ihowever, developed soreness in my legs, andknees years ago, which just made walking terribly painful. You know, one of those symptoms you contributeto old age, as did my doctor.
